What last-mile retail delivery means at a mall
A store delivery is not a dock delivery. The freight has to arrive inside a window the mall or the brand sets, clear a security check-in, travel through a service corridor and reach the stockroom before the store opens or after it closes. Miss the window and the store manager is unloading cartons in front of customers, or the shipment is refused and the retailer's routing guide starts charging back.
